@Princess Wanday you get a big enough dome cap/ wig cap (or stretch one out lol).... ive even used old leggings to make a wig lol but anyways you can either glue or sew the weave on to it.

I am so glad that I found this video. I ordered a wig that was too small for my head. I have a big head with very thick locs. Even though my locs are flat twisted down the wig will not cover my entire head. I need a good 2 more inches so I’m definitely going to try this hack. Thank you sis

@@Imanizaron hey 😊 Janet Collection Bri wig fits perfectly. It's long though. And Outre Stevie wig fits and it's so beautiful. If you look up Kryssma wigs.....ive been told they run large as well. Those are all affordable options. I don't spend 500 dollars on my wigs. 💜

Omg! Thank you so much for this tutorial. Instructions are amazingly simple. I can use a regular sewing needle to do the job. I'm with you, the extra combs inside the wig seem like they take up space and they snag on the wig cap. I'm going to remove the extras as well and leave the one in the back. Rxshyy_a.x the wig I had was constructed different from the one in the video. There wasn’t a loop underneath the elastic like hers. :( I was excited to try this method.

If the side of the wig doesn’t reach where my sideburn is, does that mean it’s too small? The front of the wig lace for forehead is perfect. But the side of the wig lace don’t reach my side burn. So this video, can I do what you did & will it help? 🥺 first time wearing a wig

one size fits no body !! yasss! love the title. I got a wig from Besthairbuy. They won't take back a very expensive wig that does not fit. It is not that it is too big or too small its the adjustable strap inside the wig that hits my ears. It doesn't fit my 8 year old so I know its not me, I think it is just badly made or a bad design.BUt they refuse to accept liability. So I am trying to find a hack.

That's not enough for my dome. I will need to figure out how to add more to the cap itself. The cap needs to be bigger altogether, not just stretch wider.

No if you want to make it snugger just add an elastic strap to the unit and it’ll fit. There’s tons of videos on how to add it
