Oh my god. I don't know why it never occurred to me to use the additional elastic already attached to the wig in order to extend the circumference, but thank god there's a simple way to fix my wig. Thank you so much :)

Thanks so much for this tutorial. Also, your video on thinning a wig especially bangs was the best tutorial I’ve watched and I’ve watched them all. The reason I say that is with each clip you continued to show how to hold the shears. Most of the videos would show you how to thin a wig but didn’t empathize how to hold them. Thanks again.

Okay. I have a confession to make. I never bought a Godiva Wig, yet I watch all your videos keeping a list of your wigs that I like. I’ve got two pages. I can’t decide so I don’t do anything! There was one wig I wanted desperately but don’t remember the name. I remember the video but there’s no way I could find it. It was being tried on a woman diagnosed with breast cancer and her husband was the minister of a church…must’ve been a local church. If anybody recalls this can you please respond? This video is a lifesaver- well, at least a wig saver! There are wigs that I love but haven’t bought them due to size issues. Also, my size issue is not ear to ear but the circumference. I am so glad to see this video, I have seen some videos about lace frontals and full lace wigs and how to make them bigger, and I was afraid that the other types (no lace) of wigs were different and harder or impossible to make bigger but this video is showing the other types of wigs and I have sent back some wigs that wouldn't fit me and I want to try this method on my too small wigs. I have kept some that I loved but couldn't wear, just because they were so beautiful, I know stupid of me.

Hi Tabitha, Rochelle here! Maybe try what I do under a wig - I brush any hair products out of my hair, dampen my hair with water or even make 2 tight braids first so the cap doesn't feel tight on some wigs. Also, our wigs all have adjustments like bra straps at the bottom of the wigs. This way you can loosen them. Thanks for watching!

VERY HELPFUL. I have mostly avg. size wigs. My Freedoms are avg. Now that I am wearing a wig grip I find most wigs are feeling small. I can sew anything so I will be altering some wigs. Thank you. I had not needed this until this year 2020.

I wanted more off an off black color but ordered the espresso. When I took the wig to my hairdresser for alittle trim she was very impressed on how real looking the hair looked and felt. She has made hair pieces for different people. Her own mother wears wigs. She plans on ordering one of your wigs for her mother for Christmas. I have been wearing hair toppers for around 5 years, but unfortunately the clips have pulled most of my hair out on the top of my head. I had no other choice but to go with a wig and I am so happy I found your company. I plan on ordering another wig in the very near future. I ordered lots of products from you too.

I just got my large freedom wig (my first ever wig), but it sits too high so that the ear tags are up by my temples and the wig feels tight. The wig hair over the ears doesn't lay over my ears, so it doesn't look anything like on your videos. I'm wondering if I exchange it for large Trixie where the hair is longer in front of this will be better?

Hi JoAnn, my suggestion if the wig is sitting too high on your head is to adjust - loosen the 2 elastic straps at the bottom of the wig. Some clients will even cut them. But, it will be best for you to call our corporate for your question on Trixie. I hope we can help!

I ordered the Sandy silver and it doesn't compliment my skin tone (Asian olive tone) although I am graying but dying it a medium brown. Since I need to return the wig, I may want to order Trixie in iced mocha, I don't want anything too dark. Would iced mocha be a good choice? I do like highlights on top and front.
