Hi , First, I recommend to mixed your fondant with tylose powder / cmc to make your topper. It will help to harden and hold the shape of your topper. You can make them up to 4 weeks in advance. Store them properly. Keep away from direct sunlight, room temp 30-25 celcius, ❌don't put in fridge. dust free , put them inside containers or box Hope this answer your question. Thanks

hi there.. very little, maybe a tiny pinch every 10 gr. please start mixing with a small amount first. make sure the fondant is still pliable and can be formed. The weather and humidity of the room also affect the process and time of hardening of the fondant. thanks
