How to make the "Northern Star" pendant, beading tutorial. Hi. Yes, you can use bugle beads instead of delicas, as long as they are all the same size and the squares that result will be fit in size for the bicones. You may need some seed beads for the corners of the squares, thought, but again, depending on the size of your bugle beads, you may not. Let me know how it turns out!
