So glad I found your site! You guys are funny and informative. HINT: when staining wood and using a stencil, brush on 2 light coats of polyurethane and let dry (should take a few minutes) BEFORE you paint. This will 'seal' the vinyl and you won't get any bleeds. I found this trick online someplace and it works beautifully.

Beautiful! Hint: If you paint the background instead of staining it, apply the stencil after the background dries, then take a sponge paint roller and paint over the stencil with the background paint, let it dry, then paint over the stencil with the contrasting color. Painting the stencil with the background paint first seals the edges of the stencil and prevents bleeding. It works great. And thanks for making the video. I really enjoyed it...will be subscribing to your channel.
