Күн бұрын

Upon massive request, I have put together this quick video on how I made the strap system to allow double wall tents users to set up their tent in the rain. My strap system has been adapted to the MSR Hubba Hubba NX tent but it can work for alot of other tents with similar pole system.
Here are the links on where I managed to get the parts for the strap system:
10mm Slider Adjuster: www.ebay.com.a...
10mm Polyester Webbing: www.ebay.com.a...
If you guys need help with making the corners sections, feel free to email me and we can work something out. You can reach me on letsgo@projectoutbound.com.au
Have fun and stay safe out there!

Seeing your concept has given me an idea of a way to achieve this with some paracord and some simple knots. Gonna have to give it a test. Thanks for the inspiration!

I use a 3mil cord. Loop at one "head" spin around other "head" pole.( nemo hornet) Slip knot at end. Fly over poles, light stake out. Set up tent under fly or on the outside. Once cord is attached to the "head," poles I can push on the "toe" pole and once arch is correct loop cord around pole bottom and frame is up.
