Thats nice. I appreciate these tutorials as I don't care if the color pallet matches 100%.Just the general placement of the pixels to line it up properly and those small shading details I can never think of myself.

The only sucky thing for me is that I’m making my roads a darker shade and placing them down sucks when you want a dark color, idk how I’m gonna be able to do the shadows🥲

Start with the darkest color when making the pallet, then go down one shade with each color. You'll find that the darkest colors (even things that appear black) aren't as dark as you'd imagine. You'd use the darkest two for shading then the lighter 3 for the road.

I was trying to make my own road code looking at Colin’s for inspo… and gave up and decided to jus us his. Literally this morning… now I kinda wanna try again to make one. That video made that a lot easier! Thank you! I do wanna do different seasons so like leaves for fall, snow for winter, Sakura petals for spring, but idk how is change it for summer

For summer I tend to do no leaves. You can also make them green if you'd like to have something. I do hope you give it one more try!

I used the 4th hue with the saturation at 1 then on brightness I used the 4th from the left and the 6 next brightnesses. Sorry I just saw this question.
