How to Make a STUNNING Tree - The Easy Way

I made this wire tree for my friend as a birthday gift, as such, I put it in a pot to be used as décor, but it's a great tree for D&D, wargaming, diorama's and more! Plus it's easy to make!

I've not only bought a few cheap trees like this from China that look terrible, but seen other KZbinrs doing this. Yours is way better. At the end I was imaging what the tree would look like with florescent paint as it gave a glow from absorbed light or from phosphorescent paint from blacklights. Either would a quite haunting appearance. Probably also alter other colors like your pink flock. 😊

Very beautiful tree. I find paintable silicone easier to work with to cover tree branches than hot glue (hate it). Takes a while to dry, but cheaper, rougher and stronger as well.

Dang. After 25 years, it took this video to show me what I was doing wrong XD Always used to twist the wire all the way up from the roots, makes it nearly impossible to make a tree like this. Thank you, and great work!

Glad you found it helpful! I used to do my trees that way too and it is great for smaller trees, but doesn't really work well for larger ones. (Plus you get a bonus of carpal tunnel syndrome 😅). I learned the wrapping technique from the The Terrain Tutor here on youtube, super great channel! 😁
