Hi thanks for this video.. 2 days ago I started making this.. *I had to freeze frame video its so fast haha*.. I didn't have flower cutters, didn't have a 6x6 tin, so made one out of aluminium. Only had limited colors. I took a succulent from my garden and matched the color, so mine arnt as bright as yours. Never made ganache before, and it ended up all over the bench, me and most of the kitchen.. you made it all look so fast and easy.. the cake isn't as high... but after 3 days, lots of cussing because im a perfectionist, haha.. being a home cook self taught cake decorator from youtube.. I finished my cake today.. my girlfriend I made it for LOVED it.. id upload a pic but theres not link here too.. thanks again *Johns wife*
