⁠@@T.A.T.Cit’s both. Use 600dpi on a 30 x 30 canvas…. If you can. It’ll decrease your layer capacity drastically, but for line work, no colour and also, detail- it’s go big. so if you do have to resize smaller, you don’t lose quality.

Once youve got the design how do you actually get it on a shirt ? I have a design and im trying to use one of these printing services that do it for you. Do i just export the file and upload it or am i missing something ?

Typically you will make it a pdf and you can send it to the vendor/whoever is making the shirts. That’s what I do. They can handle the rest.

Hope this makes sense. If I want to do a text phrase for a t-shirt, let’s say Game Day and I want it to be 11” wide by 3” tall. Do I make my canvas the size that my actual design will be (11x3) OR do I create a larger canvas and create my 11x3 design in the center of that. I am very new to all of this. Thanks!
