For the foil to stick on, does it have to be a specific HTV or any HTV foil will stick on?

As long as it's not foil vinyl then you are good

Hey hun it's called easyweed adhesive, it's like 5 yards for 23.50 ... put that in search bar..

Hello I have 2 Cricut explore air and a cameo, I haven't unpacked my cameo but I only purchased bc you can print bigger n better software.... but I love my Cricut easy to work with and their software is getting better.. so I would say the Cricut if your just starting
