On the port map, the first one that you said to put 9987, on the public port it says 9988 and for the one you said 10011 the public port says 10012??

Sam Hutchinson See above. If you set up the server you log in with localhost. Only those connecting to your server need to use the ip address.

Thanks for this video. Really indepth and easy to follow. Now have a TS server set at ts.jasewolf.com so I can use that to chat with my gaming peps now. Really neat. despite the not great quality, you're tutorial brilliant. One thing to note, when in the terminal and doing 'cd' to the teamspeak server foler, simply just drag and drop the folder into the terminal after typing cd. Makes things a lot easier and quicker.

First you need to buy a domain, or get a free one, then use DSL and link them. I can make a video on this too.

Promthanius Go back to using localhost - the only people that need to use the ip address are those connecting to the server. Hope that helps!

So you go to a site like www.noip.com/, sign up, create a hostname, after confirming your account go to the Hosts/Redirects tab on the top of the screen, and click the "Modify" button next to your host name that you created at sign up. If you didn't make one at signup, make on, and come back. Then you can change the IP in the settings to your Teamspeak ip.

ErickD24 Won't pop up for Yosemite. Open TeamSpeak and click Connect. The first time you try to connect to localhost it will prompt you for the privilege key.

Well, it automatically saves when it shuts down, and I do show you how to create a workflow, follow that step with automator, and then you can just open the workflow and it'll start it up!
