I have a challenge for you! Try making a gluten free cake. It is HARD to make from scratch. I’m not sure what you should make it look like, but the rules would be: No using wheat flour for ANYTHING No barley No rye No oats If you want to use candies or fondant, you need to check the ingredients to make sure it doesn’t have any of the four things. No malt/Milo chocolate powder That’s pretty much it. I hope you consider making this cake!
