Hi Lisa 🦞. My mouth is watering watching this…So Yum…I could just eat the lobster dipped in butter, as you said. It sure is a treat to have a lobster roll, expensive or not also using shrimp, crab etc is a great idea as well. Here in BC we get mostly Dungenes Crab 🦀
