Thank you for this video. I have alopecia and bought a very expensive human hair wig several years ago. I suspect this is how the wig was created. I'd found the wig to be quite scratchy and thought it was the rough lace on the inside of the crown. Since there were 2 more layers beneath it (3 altogether), I cut out the rough lace out but now am finding that there are short hairs (1/16 to 1/8" long) sticking up through the next layer. I'm assuming they are attached to the "skin" layer. I'm wondering if I can put a layer of poly on them to lay them down (after removing the next lace layer). The hairs are sticking up everywhere so it doesn't seem as though any poly was every applied. Then I can put a new softer lace layer over it. Thanks for any input. This has been very helpful.

Does the same poly formula for thin skin wig bases come in flat sheets and where would one get one? It looks like a poly base is very realistic. I'd love to make a tattoo out of this material for my arm, for Comic Con next year. :O :)

@@NewtimesHairOfficial For demonstration purposes it would be great if you could aim the camera up very close so that we could better see the process .... how to insert the needle ..... which needle to use .... how the hair is attached to the needle....and finally show it in "slow motion". That would be most helpful. It looks like a great way to create an even more realistic hairline. Thanks for responding.
