People had told me that the offset does not work PC I'm unsure if it effecting only PC users.
And I don't know if there any others way to make it work.
How to make train in piggy :O

There are half block and slab. Half block can be rotated tilted at anyway. But you can't put anything in the gap unless you use move tool. Slab can be use to offset something. But it have to be place on something to put it the way you want it to be.
