How to Make a Treadmill work if you Lost the Key

Hello Family..
This Video will show you a quick inexpensive way to get your treadmill working if you lost the key.
Some how when I moved I lost the key to my treadmill.
So I had to come up with something quick and easy to get it to turn on.
Check out my video for Details
And just a FYI I used a Shower Curtain liner.
I cut the magnetic pieces out of it.

I found a treadmill in my neighborhood, my mom walk a lot and she always wanted one and coincidently, I found this treadmill but when I plugged it in, an error came up and never got it running. You just saved my day because I was about to throw away again! Genius! Thanks a lot.

I lost mine and googled replacement key for treadmill and found your video. I cut 1 out and it worked! Yay! When I'm not using it I'm going to keep it stuck on the side of my microwave where I won't forget where I put it and my little one can't get to it. I was just about to replace that shower liner anyway so I'll cut all of them out to have just in case. Thank you!

I have the same treadmill, and I love it. I have my key, and I know it's a "safety" device, but sometimes during my workout, I accidentally pull the cord, and it shuts off during my workout. Thanks for giving me an option, if I decide not to use the original key, or if it gets lost. xoxoxoxoxox

Thank you! I had an old shower curtain that I was using as a drop cloth. Two magnets were still in place, so I removed them to make a new magnet key. Problem solved! Also, I have a magnetic dry-erase board with the little round magnetic pieces for holding up notes. Those magnets are the same size, so if I lose my curtain-magnet-key I can use one of those to make a replacement.
