So cool. I wondered in the first video how you were going to get the meat off the bones, and if there was any reason not to boil it. You answered that question when you boiled the bones clean, but why did you take so much care to cut off the meat at the beginning when you could have just put in on the stove to simmer and made some turkey stock (if it was fresh)? Also, could you save the wings from a roast turkey and make calls with those bones after they'd been baked in the oven?

The wings were no same day fresh. Therefore I would not make stock from that ma’am. Also I have never tried the ones from an oven roasted turkey as the bones seem brittle but I will try now.
