+Naio Nails, This is GORGEOUS! I have a few questions...could you use a cosmetic highlighter to get the holo effect if you don't own any holo nail powder? And do you wipe the nail of the sticky gel residue prior to adding the holo powder, then apply another top coat? Thank you!
