Soggy crust cuz it got wet from the bath. Needs foil to cover bottom of pan

Just my 2 cents here. Pre-bake the crust then use one sheet of tinfoil that is enough to cover the bottom and sides of the spring form pan before adding hot water and baking. This will correct the soggy crust.

As far as Robin's stuttering a bit, big deal, the fact is he conveyed a lot of useful information. Just my thought on her not taking a bite have more impacts on what others will think about the recipes. If I am going to advertise my recipe on how to make something, I wants someone with real reaction on what they think of the recipe. Otherwise, Robin did a great job....yes he was nervous, but he was awesome. I was more focus on what kind of recipe he was using...than him actually talking....Great Job Robin.

Uhm. Is there something wrong with it? Why did the lady take a fake bite? It’s nit a live video, why didn’t she ask to do it again really quickly it looks SO awkward! 😂 I’m still lagging as I’m typing this. That being said, This is almost the same recipe I use at home and the cake Looks delicious! Just some constructive criticism - get a new actress that will let you know she messed up and needs another take because like I said, this isn’t live. You can record it as many times as you want until you’re happy with it. There’s no way she just “did t realize” she didn’t put food in her mouth like you claimed below. 😂 thank yo for the laughs and the great recipe.

I agree if you're going to advertise on what customer/s think about the cheesecake, take the real bite, not fake it. It does make it look like , she either didn't trust the "baker" ingredients or technique on how he make it or she is on a No Sugar DIET.......in another word worry about her weight....

I’m about 100% certain there were about 6 mistakes here. I bake cheesecake for sale and mine are pretty damn good. This dude looks he just started baking them and his steps were half assed
