The other tutorials I have found are either being played at an inane speed with an inane and irritating soundtrack (no commentary) in the background or are just difficult to follow due to the poor language. If you go into document setup you mean be able to. When you set your file before you start illustrating make sure to choose your color settings. The CYMK color setting is best for printing.
