Add some home canned garden tomatoes, and you would have my Mom's version of Swiss steak in her old school pressure cooker. It was one of my favorite meals, served with hot biscuits, corn or home canned beans, and a big glass of sweet tea with mint leaves!!! I do it once and a while, but there is only me now, so hard to use it all. Thanks!!!

Chef it is so funny. Yesterday was my 3rd year anniversary and my husband said he was in love with my cooking before he was in love with me. Funny thing is I could not cook at all and my mom was on vacation the first time I cooked for him so I followed your video step by step with every ingredient down to the brand you were using.
