I made a vibrating parts tumbler to remove rust on small parts for my café racer. Works so awesome , it even polishes. This will be handy for all of my custom motorcycle café and bobber projects. Easy DIY project, similar professional vibratory tumblers cost hundreds
Send me mail! - whenever there is enough stuff in the mail bag to put together a subscriber mail reading and shout-out, I will put up a video for you guys! Thanks to those of you who already sent me letters and gifts !
Send me stuff to use in videos !
Yes- I actually do send stickers out to those who contribute bits, parts, stuff for my projects and pretty much everyone who I talk about or thank in my videos. If you want to send me bike stuff, things for potential use in videos or tools to review etc. (or even just cash donations ! )
mail them to me:

Yes- you can just buy Ichiban Moto stickers - they are on ebay !
Stickers and donations are how I fund these videos !

My wife reclaimed mine. If you run the sander whilst cooking a cake, you can vibrate all the air bubbles out of the cake mix as it cooks. I've been using the last two cakes as tyres on my mini bike for a few months and they have hardly worn! Really dense mix... This is probably the best technical KZbin channel out there!!

Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed some of the subtler humor. I made something similar some time back. I made a simple tumbler out of an old, tiny electric motor from a toy or something I had laying around and a large coffee tin. Filled it w/a cheap, small bag of sand from the store. I originally used it for stones but have since used it for car parts, as well. Far quieter, too. ;)

Changing the polarity of the sander wiring makes it operate in reverse, if you want to re-apply the rust for a rat project later on. It's the same with air compressors. Re-wire it with reverse polarity and it will suck air instead of blow. Now where's me @#%in' stickers mate?

@srednadahlberg 5 ай бұрын
@@ppszabihun Not more shiny, water blasting is better for shine. How long depends on the surface. If the pars are just dirtym it takes maybe 15 minutes. If they have corrosion, longer, maybe an hour. I use an old orbital sander, 12000 rpm and 2.1 mm oscillation. Works great! The only trouble is keeping the media contained. The lid tends to pop off. I use an old metal paint can.

Wow cool, smart thinking man. Stuck my old sander upside down in vice with rubber tape on the vice jaws then glued a cooking pot on top. Will try it out soon when glue dry.

That must be the most (simplistic) BRILLIANT easiest best use of pre-loved things I've seen for a while. Your right with your wife not needing that cake tin. In close on to 17 years of marriage, my wife may have used that type of cake tin twice. I know that it will be going to a better home. As for the kitty litter... you had me worried... we don't have a cat, but we have a sand pit at the end of the street, full of sand. My $20.00 orbital sander, if it lasts 2 - 3 hours at a time... it has paid for itself. Well done, keep up the great work. Regards Andrew.
