Hi. I am a movavi user. It's not my true name. I bought a movavi screen recorder around 2 months ago and installed it. It works properly for a month. At present, after pulling the "digital string" and as I click the button to make the screenshot, my computer hangs. It does not save also the work. So, I have to make force shut down. As I use it again, the computer hangs. Then I was notified of an update. The installation of update does not end. I tried to uninstall the version I bought to replace it with the updated version, but its says that I cannot uninstall it because I need permission. What should I do? Don't worry about what kind of videos you should be making. If you're just starting out just have fun with it. Focus on learning the basics first. The more you edit the better you get at it. If you focus on 1 or 2 new editing skills a day you'll be surprised how far you come in just a couple of months.
