I'm using the second way and when I build the game to my oculus its breaks the game completely. I can't play it, but when the game is on PC, it works just fine.

Yes unfortunately this spectator camera is meant to be working for pc build only not for android, the point of having the spectator camera is to have the computer screen display a better view of the game so its not applicable to standalone build as you don't have a monitor or anything

Got a question i cant find anywhere on internet a good turtorial for npc behaviour for swordfighting in vr. like basic attacks are given easy but i struggle with the smart swordfights. how to i let a npc propper defend himself but also how do i make him strike smart so he is not constantly smacking my shield. hope u can make a video about that or in general how npc can react in vr would overall be helpfull for greater audience. still if u can make a effort on swordfighting would be a big help for me.

there is no way to do that, I guess since your comment is from 3 months ago you would have found out by now

I don't think its possible using Oculus Own casting, the only solution would be to create a multiplayer setup and use it to synchronize the position of the camera from the quest to where you want to look at it.
