Great video and tutorial. Just a question, if I were to create a site for a business and wanted them to purchase or transfer it to them. How difficult would that be?

Hey, thanks! So this is surprisingly an easy process and I am happy to go over this process in much more detail in a future video. But basically there are two scenarios. The first scenario is you have the business set up the website hosting and buy the website domain name, and then give you access. From there, you can build their website on their server and when it’s finished, it’s already on their server ready to go. The second scenario, which is a lot more common, was I start off by building the site on my Cloudways server. In this scenario, I do not connect the domain name yet, that will happen later. Once I finish building the site and the client is happy, I have them set up their own website hosting (and connect the domain name to their server) Then, from the website on my server, I download a free plugin called All-In-One WP Migration. This plugin will let you export the entire site with just one single click of a button. It’ll export a single file for you. Hang on to this file because you’ll use it in a second. But then, from your client’s server, install WordPress (if you get them to use Cloudways, WordPress will already be pre-installed). Then log into your clients WordPress site, and install the same plugin on their site, All-In-One WP Migration. Then using that plugin, choose the import option, and import the file that you just exported from the site on your server. It will transfer the entire site with just one click. It’s amazing how easy it is to do. But that’s basically it in a nutshell, I hope it makes sense. Again I’ll definitely include this process in more detail in a future video.
