Pretty impressed. I am a cake decorator by profession. I saw Ben icing a cake without a turntable. Huge kudos to him for accomplishing what he did without that. Not knowing his ovens and baking good cake on sight. Again, huge kudos. Also, that fridge. Sharing that size of a fridge with the event staff and bartenders and shoving a full 9 tiers into those tight quarters. I would get pissy real quick having to deal with that situation.

The cake looked amazing, as did the wedding, and I love how dedicated he was to it. I remember the first time I made a cake from scratch it took about 8 or 9 hours accumulated over a course of two days so I can understand the struggles, especially when working with an oven that has behavioral issues.
