How to make a weekly riding plan with Kirstin Kelly. At the beginning of each season it is a great idea to sit down and make a weekly riding plan. That way you can put in your competition and work backward on where you need fitness workouts, flatwork schooling to improve suppleness, jumping sessions and exercise. It is important when making a weekly riding plan that you balance your schooling sessions and work/exercise so your horse improves in strength and condition .
