I am doing a 24 x 36 board for my granddaughter, applying her picture to it along with the congrats Jamie and school name. I saw a video using white 651 vinyl and sublimating the picture to it. I asked if the picture was waterproof and she said yes. I am going to try it today other wise I was going to laminate it as well . ❤️ Congrats to all graduates. Very nice. I learned something about slicing an image. I have never done it using a shape. I always use the eraser tool which seems like the longer way and I usually don't get it right the first time. I will be doing it that way next time. Very helpful as always. Thank you

This is so cool! Thank you for sharing! I'm going to try to do this for my daughter's graduation celebration this year! I would definitely recommend getting your vinyl from Atlanta Vinyl though - Michaels is super over priced and Atlanta Vinyl will even set you up as an affiliate. Hope that helps!

Sorry, but I'm brand new to Cricut and am going to attempt to make this as my FIRST project but am a little confused and hoped you could help me understand... The part that confused me is how you said you were cutting out the first "A", because the video doesn't show any cut lines or anything. I'm not sure if it's because it's black or if there weren't any lines that you were cutting but would love it if you could help clarify this for me? 🙏🤷‍♀

Oh yes, Matt at TRW uses parchment paper to perfectly align and or layer HTV and or rhinestones because you can see through it. Just thought these tips will be helpful to you and possibly save you some time and energy on cutting and aligning.
