Cool, just what I was looking for, as I was studying about the format that KZbin asked for to boot the videos into the shorts category. Hmm... I had plans of doing the editing on my own using ClipChamp for light edition or DaVinci if I needed some more heavier tweaks. I didn't know the KZbin app had a tool for shorts but I'm using computer mostly. Anyway, thanks for the tips; I'm trying to adapt to all these formats the best way I can 😅 Ah, what is the usual mean time of the shorts? 30 seconds or 15?

My youtube shorts are not getting any views at all. Whenever i upload a short, it ends up getting no views. I check my analytics and i've observed that none of my shorts are getting views because they are not being circulated on the shorts feed. What to do? So in order to change the thumbnail of a video uploaded from my computer: After the initial upload, I then go onto KZbin with a mobile App connected to the same account and find the video. Then hit the Edit button and scroll the timeline till I find the correct shot?

KZbin taking away the ability to create Shorts from existing long-form videos was insane. I create all my shorts in TikTok (their editor is far superior) and just import the finished product from there.
