There are quite a few mistakes in this video. Both false positives and negatives. Even the inputs in the thumbnail technically fail WCAG

Good question… I am still looking. In the meantime the W3C docs and GitHub are good resources. But the very first example is incorrect because those dark placeholders, while bad for other reasons, will technically pass the WCAG criteria around contrast, allowing designers to use those subtle borders. I think it’s important for us to be upfront about what passes WCAG vs what’s meaningfully accessible because they’re different.
