We've had a BioThane collar for years. Love it. Very cleanable. My wife is excited to get an adjustable BioThane collar. We don't want to make one, just buy one. Where can I get one?

Can you sew this biothane on a Singer heavy duty seeing machine & heavy duty needle? What type not thread do you recommend?

Hi Katherine, we tried sewing this on a few heavy duty machines but not the Singer. There is a picture of the needles in the video at the :57 mark. The thread size can be 48 to 138. I recommend trying a sample and testing it. I can say the machines we used in the video have no trouble at all. Let us know if your machine works and thank you!

Can i use heat transfer vinyl or cricut infusible ink on my biothane leash?

Great question! I have seen Beta collars that utilize heat transferred vinyl and they looked great! I think using a t-shirt press is one way of heating it. You just need to perfect the time, temp and pressure. As for the ink, I have not seen that. What some people do is use UV ink printing. And this is pretty cool because you can use vector art like Adobe Illustrator. Roland makes a good UV printer. I hope this helps and thanks for asking!!

Hello! I have used a Sharpie Marker to write on BioThane. It works really well. I will say if you use a Sharpie Marker on Beta, then give it some time to dry before you touch it or rub it. It will smear. Once it sets. it is good to go! Thanks for the great question!

@@pashauneviepascommelesautr2645 Yes, you can wash the collar and it will not come off in the rain. That has been our experience. Many people write their pet's name on our collars with ball point pens or Sharpie markers. Give it a try and let us know how it goes! Thank you:)
