@@DextersWorld My name is Chris , thank you for replying my comment, Dexter! We raise heritage breeds of chickens for eggs and meat, breeds are marans, euscal oiloas, chanteclars, belgium malines , and leg horns! We hatch our own chicks in a homebuilt incubator similar to ones you have shown. We also set eggs under hens to hatch. We raise royal palm and narragansett turkeys too! Very similar to your turkeys your raising, although we have trouble with them breaking the eggs! Our city close by has 250k people and we mostly sell to customers there, delivery to homes. We farm 3 acres for our poultry near the city, and my father has a farm further away of 1200 acres, which I am working up to one day. Here in canada, not many small farms exist, most are 10,000 acres or more and grow canola for canola oil,so it is hard to get local produce, eggs, and meat. In 1950's everyone here framed as you do, now it is big companies mostly. The demand for local is growing though! We hope to film some videos one day to show how raising poultry is in the cold north, I think some may find it interesting. It is so very cool to see how you do things on your farm! Strange for me to see the farming setup where you dont have snow! Thanks Dexter, I look forward to hearing from you again!

I always view your video and its inspiring and informative. I am starting to have a free range chicken. I followed your probiotic procedure. It would have been nice if you have shown the finish product . I used a bucket similar to what you used. After 5 days i notice some bubbles at the top of the surface of my probiotics. Tried shaking the the bucket the bubble were reduce to light brown compress and the probiotics was still very dark brown. Is my probiotic still ok..Hope to hear from you soon. thanks a lot.

The foam is just a product of fermentation. It is like making wine. Fruit juice and water ... add yeast (a probiotic) and you have wine when the bubbling stops.

Hello Dexter, everything seems to be doing quite well at the farm. All the animals are growing and healthy. Enjoyed you giving the puppies their bath. I love that little grunt sound that the puppies make when bathing them. And then it switched to the monkey, that was quite a surprise. I noticed him in the other video but you've never introduced him. What is his name him or her 🐒

Mary the name of tje monkey is jayden i dont know where my kids got this name. I got this monkey from the government because it was surrendered to them by the previous owner when it became so ill. I volunteered to cure the monkey and luckily he recovered. He is 5 years old now.
