Is there a way to buy the embroidery and stitch it on if yes will it be as neat as when you design the embroidery on

You can go to an embroidery shop and give them the neck sizes you want for them to make it, then you can attach it on your own. I don't think it will be as neat as if the professional (embroiderer) did it.
