How to make AI Renders with Photoshop

Nathan, I just wanted to post that today I followed this video for a tear-down lake lot (1mill+$$$$), delivered the rendering, and a builder wanted to see the listing as soon as it went live. The agent was able to send him the rendering and then texted me, "You made us look like All-Stars today". Thank you Nathan - once AGAIN you made my business look great!

This is pretty timely as I just got a request to add a pool/entertainment area on a 4.4 million dollar house I shot. There is a large dirt area between the guest house and the main house. They had planned on building a pool/entertainment area if they were going to stay. If I add this area in there can it be added to the MLS with a note in the description, may have to research this. Thanks for the great video!

Great! As to your question: Adding images to the MLS, and any legal issues, is the responsibility of the listing agent. So if a client asks for image with edits, it's their responsibility to make sure the image is used appropriately. Oftentimes, agents will ask to add text at the bottom of the image stating "Concept Image". While that is often stated in MLS rules, each MLS is different.

If someone wanted to pay me for it, sure. As mentioned in the video, these are pay-by-the-hour editing gigs. As long as the drawings/renders provided the various angles then it would it easier.

I don't think Adobe has that ability yet, and since they aren't in the 360 arena I doubt they will. But, I do know that Apply Design's online software can virtually stage 360 images, here's more on that www.applydesign.io/results

Firefly is two things: (1) a web app, and (2) the core engine for Photoshop's AI. The web app is updated first, then versions are rolled into Photoshop. You can learn more about Firefly and how Adobe manages it at firefly.adobe.com
