Love your new channel. I've been to several rural parts of France and my favorite thing to do is rent a gite and cook what is local. I love going into the tiny villages, going into the shops to order the ingredients needed. Without fail, the shop keepers smile and seem genuinely surprised and pleased that I know what I'm purchasing and what I'm going to cook. Maybe at some point you can take us into a village and go through your normal shopping day. Again, love the channel!
