This is very good! Ty! What is your opinion on making panels that are insulative like yours but perhaps coat the outside with pure cement for strength. What you could end up with is large insulative no load blocks that could be used for a number of things? One way to ensure the pure cement coating sticks, is to perhaps coat a cardboard box with pure cement then fill it with the light cement to improve the adhesion of the pure and light cement.

I've been theorizing about similar ideas for years, and made a few test trials. I just don't have my own space to do such projects, so that makes it hard to regularly work on ideas.

Robert Murray-Smith made a video (#1933) called "Blood Graphene." It tells how to make graphene out of milk. It is very inexpensive. The graphene is suspended in a liquid. It is great for mixing with concrete. You might take a look at the video and try a graphene aircrete to see how it stacks up.

can you use quikrete high strength type s mason mix for aircrete?

I've added graphene into a sample of aircrete and it made it stronger. However, for my application I want it to be thermally insulative and graphene is highly conductive so I'm not sure if it's the best route for my application

Gypsum should help, I’m no pro but it’s probable bc it will not burn.

My Aircrete failed... is Hard Water a problem... Phoenix AZ has notorious hard water.
