I'm glad you enjoyed it @shaik iliyasbhasha. And yes we need a lot of coriander powder for this dish. That is what gives this dish its typical flavor. You can reduce the quantity of coriander powder if you want but you will not get the same taste then.

Hi Alias, I have cooked lamb only a few times in my life so I cannot advise you on the nuances of cooking lamb, but guesstimate is that it should taste good with lamb as well. If you are cooking with lamb, I would recommend that you pressure cook it separately beforehand. And use 1 cup of the water, left behind after pressure cooking the lamb, in place of the 1 cup of water put in the curry while cooking.
