Hey Joanne! I learned a new measuring term: a Glob! Nice! And adding pumpkin and sunflower seeds adds a true artisan touch!

Well done Joanne. I’m excited to try this recipe myself. If they turn out half as good as your buns they’ll be delicious. Thanks for sharing the secret recipe.

Ok I just made them (manually without a bread maker) and they turned out great. I made 6 buns and a loaf of bread. The loaf of course needed to cook for an extra 8 minutes or so. But so delicious. Sorry gotta run and go eat another bun. Lol

Thank you so much for trying out the recipe, Grace! I'm so happy that you can now enjoy this chewy bread! Bravo to you for mixing it all by hand! That's impressive!! Perhaps you can share a picture of your culinary efforts. :)

I hope the bread turns out nicely for you! Just a note: my son, who also makes this bread, mentioned that one could add in more butter than what I mentioned in the video. Perhaps aim for 4 - 5 TBSP of butter. Good luck!

Yum, yum! I could easily gourmandize on a half dozen loaves or your bread! ;-)

I'm glad you think they look tasty! Perhaps I'll need to bring my bread making items down south next winter!
