Ingredients/Materials: -2.5 cups of dark chocolate melts -marsh mellows -hot coco mix -half sphere molds Steps: 1. Melt chocolate and pour in 1/2 TBS in your molds and brush the melted chocolate up the sides then fridge for 5-10min-> 2:48 2. Repeat step one (brush 1/2 TBS of chocolate onto first layer) -> 4:04 3. *SILICON MOLD* - pop out domes and set aside -> 5:08 *ACRYLIC MOLD* - (gloves can be used if you want no fingerprints) "Put your fingers in and gently pull away and up." -> 5:26 4. Use a circle cookie cutter and add in 1 TBS of hot coco mix. Then, add in 1/4 cup marshmallows and, "...have them make a mountain". -> 6:11 5. Heat up a saucepan for about 1 min. Take a shell and melt the edges using the saucepan for about 5 seconds, then lay on top of a dome that is already full of marshmallows and coco mix. (watch this for a better example -> 7:11 ) 6. *optional* If you have a indent where you connected your two halves you can pipe some melted chocolate on it and smooth it out. -> 8:00 7. *also optional* Decorate you hot chocolate bombs with white chocolate drizzle / sprinkles / or even crushed candy canes! -> 8:40 *HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!*

I’ve made cocoa bombs before so I was searching for a good cocoa recipe but I couldn’t resist watching the whole video! She’s so happy and fun! I love it! Also if you drizzle some white chocolate into the mold before the milk chocolate it’ll mix together a little and give it a fun, shiny marbled look instead of the white chocolate going on top afterwards!

After our 3rd round of making hot chocolate bombs and learning we’ve finally figured out the best way to do these! After we melted the chocolate, we spoon one tablespoon of the chocolate and use the spoon to pull the chocolate up and then use the brush to kinda fine tune the chocolate and it sped up the process so much! It saves. Bunch of chocolate and then we are about to do the second coat. Then when we go to fill the bombs instead of only heating up one side of the spheres, we flatten them both, fill one side and the other in our bowl of chocolate we gently turn the edges into the chocolate and bond them together like that! So much easier and less messier and so much smoother! Then we use a small plastic bag, cut it to size and then heat up whatever white chocolate and then just drizzle it on top! It’s perfect! We used great values chocolate bark and nestles hot chocolate mix as well as great value marshmallows! We don’t use much. Marshmallows we put about 9 each in a ball but we put 2 scoops of hot Chocolate mix!

Soo.. I made these for valentines day. I messed up 2 of them when I tried popping them out of the mold but the other ones ended up nice. My boyfriends mum thought they were store-bought, so given my baking skills particularly, this was a huuuuuge compliment! I added heart shaped sprinkles on top. I spent last holiday season trying to master these. So much fun. Wish I had seen this video a year ago! My friends really seemed to enjoy these little holiday gifts. I added booze to the Swiss Mix and made a paste. Also used the past to help seal any open spots between the two spheres. Added edible metallics to the seam. So festive!
