As a Pastry Chef I can tell you isomalt is great for sugar sculptures it's easy to work with but it's considered edible but not palatable. Which is a fancy way of saying it will give you explosive diarrhea! It's really hard for our bodies to digest, soo just putting it out there eater beware

I just make icecubes with orange juice and put those in cooled down tea in the summer- the juice is already sweet enough so I don't need any additional sugar

I'm curious about the reasoning behind your opinion. Why do you say no one drinks crystal light? Are You referring to the specific brand, or all pre-packaged drink mixes? I use individual pre-packaged drink mixes pretty often, though I am cautious to select ones that don't use aspartame. Is that what you were talking about?

🙋🏼‍♀️Hello, This is a great video. These are really beautiful. I have made these before but I don’t like some of the powdered lemonades on the market because they contain artificial sweeteners and other chemicals. So I purchase powdered lemon, lime, or orange. This way I can add as much REAL sugar as I want. Plus I can create my own lemonade and tea mixes by adding the lemon power, sugar, and dried spices like rosemary, cinnamon and such. I grind them all up in a coffee grinder and test it myself before adding it to the bomb. Also, since the bombs are clear I add powdered food color to the mix and edible luster dust to the mix and shell of the bomb to make it extra special. I have even added dried fruit slices to the inside of the bomb to make them prettier and more interesting. I hope this helps anyone interested in making these bombs. Happy Holidays everyone 😁👍
