Good idea but I don't think I would buy the jig. It looks like it would be just as easy with a ring mandrel, and forming the loops freehand like you did with the 2nd loop!

Yes the straightening will harden wire a little but it will still have plenty of flexibility for you to work with.

Is the higher the gauge the stronger the wire or is the lower gauge number stronger

With wire gauge, the lower the number, the thicker the wire. For example, 14 gauge wire is thicker than 20 gauge wire. Thanks for watching!
