How to make an adorable winter penguin in just 15 minutes!

In this video I will show you how to make an adorable winter penguin. This craft is simple, easy, and fun for your whole family, or any event in the winter months. If children are wanting to make this craft I suggest you have an adult present because you will be using a hot glue gun and scissors. Thank you for watching I hope you enjoy. HAPPY CRAFTING!!
- Supply List -
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun
- Buttons (for eyes)
- 4 cups of rice (make sure to freeze before use)
- Black plain sock for body
- 2 Pieces of felt (one for Penguins body, and one for the beak)
- Any material for the scarf and hat
- Twine
- Clear rubber bands
- Measuring tape or ruler to (to measure hat or body parts)
- Piece of paper for a stencil (for white body part on the front of the penguin)

Quick tip when tying the twine: double loop it before tying the knot. It will hold the loop closed...

ADORABLE! You might want to get a miniature silicone spatula, they have them at the dollar tree and they sure do save your fingers from getting burned, you can use they to push down and hot glue doesn't stick to silicone...

So cute! Great instructions😀. Fringe TIP: Measure and mark a black line with a sharpie on the top of the blade of your scissors. When cutting, just line your fabric to the line...nice long cut an viola...always even length cuts😉

Cutest penguin I've seen thus far and I've seen many!! Thank you for the detailed illustrations, especially the exact measurements of the fleece and felt. I'm getting supplies ready to make one myself. I found the exact snowflake patterned fleece you are using at Joann's but couldn't find the pink colored fleece on the other penguin you've made I love that one but at Joann's I did find a pink and blue colored fleece with a cocoa cup pattern. It's really cute. I'm using poly pellets instead of rice for now. I hope it's as cute as the one you made!!

I am always late in seeing these awesome tutorials but I was just wondering if you sell these at craft fares for the holidays and if so, what you would charge for them? This really is so Adorable, I Love it and will hopefully have time to make a couple for my Granddaughters for Christmas. The youngest is only 8 months old so I don’t want to use these type of eyes. I was thinking about just drawing the eyes on so there is nothing to worry about choking on, unless you have a better suggestion. I could always embroider the eyes as well!?!? What do you think? When I made heatable and freeze packs such as you describe, I found flax seed to be the filler I favored. Flax seeds are flattish and slip over each other very nicely
