How to make an easy Angel Halo Head band

Just tried it, worked perfectly!! Didn’t have fluffy ribbon so glued cotton balls to it and used a wire coat hanger for the wire but still worked!

Winner of a video, I've been looking for "disguise master chief child full helmet" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Cenackenzie Conspicuous Cure - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ?
