Popping can be so frustrating. We have a newer youtube video that offers more explanation on how to prevent popping. How to Make a Dog Balloon: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nGilfoN3eN-Nndk In general, check your fingernails for sharp edges that may catch on the balloon. Make sure that you are using good quality balloons that are not old and brittle. Finally, try under-inflating your balloons a bit at the start so they're softer and less likely to pop. After you inflate the balloon (and leaving some uninflated end), try releasing a short spurt of air to soften the balloon. This will put less pressure on the balloon. Hope that this helps.
