Simply the most entertaining recipe ever. I moved to Denmark from Brazil and here I can't make our great Caipirinha but the Irish Coffee became my favorite drink in this part of the world. After watching this video 5 times (not because the recipe is hard but because the video is great) I think I might be able to give it a try at home. Thanks for making this awesome video. I subscribed immediately after watching the first time.

Unfortunately i had no irish whiskey so i tried with a generic good quality but strong one and it was too strong and too much as a woody taste. So i tried again with a ligther and sweeter one with 30-35ml of it and it was amazing. Nice contrast between hot and cold, perfect for cold days (even if I'm in Sicily, lol). Nice video
@BlackTieKitchen4 жыл бұрын
Yup, the contrast is really good! As you said, you definitely dont want a whiskey that's overproof, heavy oak taste, and definitely not heavy peat. The Irish whiskys tend to hit find the right balance between the flavor profiles. But a whiskey like Four Roses works well too
@sarahwilloughby25095 жыл бұрын
Brilliant. Elegant. The cocktail looks great, too! I really want to try this warm and comforting beverage this holiday season, IF the temperature ever gets lower than 70f this winter in Texas.
