Nice tutorial...well done ma...but sewing the front bustier part without adding sewing allowance to those joining part of the dart ,won’t it reduce the measurement after joining ? I’m just curious as I’m cutting here coz I’m just a beginner and I tried this method before but it reduced the front measurement instead...pls explain ma🙏

Letitia Aprisima Add 1 or 2 inches to the sleeve then sew the elastic to the upper part of the sleeve. Try and pull the elastic while sewing it in order to have that smoking effect, hope that help?

Thanks for this clarity in measurement. But I have one confusing question tho": Whenever I measure from shoulder to burst, it's always 13, but in all the various videos I have watched, they always come on 10" from shoulder to bust. Is 10" a standard measurement even though I always see 13" whenever I measure myself? Please tell me how 10" is everywhere.
