How To Make an Origami Flapping Bird - EASY step by step!

How to make an origami flapping bird out of paper. This is very similar to the origami crane, but you can make the wings flap by pulling the tail. It is fairly simple to make and very fun!
I try to go at a slow pace, but keep in mind you can pause, or slow down the video speed in the settings.

Thanks man, I made the bird and tried to make it flap. It did not work.....at first. I was trying to pull the tail the wrong way, but I watched the end of the video and you said pull it up. At first it did not want to work but I was persistent and kept tugging at it and it started flapping. This really does work, you just have to be patient. Thank you. It is a great project to do when you are bored. Also, all the people who say it doesn't work, then just keep trying to pull the tail up gently, and you will get it.

the type of paper makes a differnce...it works well with printer paper...i made 2-1 using printer paper, and the other using mainlla. the manilla one didnt flap but the other did.
