2 tablespoons of Supreme fish seasoning 4 the three fishes
1 full tablespoon of suya spice on each fish for the first coating
Fried stew as a second coat( 2 tablespoons of suya spice in the stew)
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil if the stew is dry(optional)
