Hey great job. Do you use a self etching primer. Or do you use a special paint for aluminum. And as for puddy , what do you like? Epoxy? Im trying to find the right materials to get going on mine.

Thanks my friend ! i use classic primer for metal parts and then paint.also i use a top brand classic putty for metal parts . however polyester putty is better for such a work . hope i helped !!!!!

I use 0.5mm aluminium sheet.I dont know the exact type of the aluminium my friend!!!!!

you coulda used sheets made out of lead or tin, they are soft and bends and cuts easily, but if one layer of tin/lead sheet is too weak, then use another one

How will you calculate the scale of rc car? And which material is used to fill the dents?

measure the wheelbase of the rc and then measure the wheelbase of the blueprint you want.to fill the dents use car putty.

i use a scissor to cut the pieces because aluminium is soft.For parts which are not easy to cut i use a hobby rotary tool!

yes my friend you can use any metal you want but it should be thin so it is easy to work.the truth is that is is harder to build it with a soda can because it is very thin!

Nice. But i prefer other way. I use thin steel from food cans and i use tin and soldering iron to connect parts together.

+Mohamad Haris you can make it out of cardboard and aluminium my friend.you cut the cardboard in pieces and you use the sides of it.then you make the sides from aluminium and then the tubes.

Jack Wilson the glue is made with heat glue gun.the glue is not so much strong,but with many patents it holds parts together really good.
